     warranty services and other repairs and maintenances.

Our extensive quality control assures that each unit will operate 

     top condition.

Service is our number one priority.

Labor Rate

Field Service (On Site) Rate

First Hour..................................$105.00

Each additional 1/2 Hour..........$50.00

Travel Charge...........................$40.00 

In Shop Rate

First Hour..................................$75.00

Each additional 1/2 Hour..........$40.00

*Labor Rate Does Not include parts or supplies used in the repair of any product.

**Travel Charge will apply in case the customer did not notify us to cancel the 

    service call, or absent on visit time.

Regular Service Contract

(Not including consumable parts)

1 to 10000 copies/yr ........................$195.00

1 copy increment for $0.010 up to 100,000 copies per year

1 copy increment for $0.008 up to 200,000 copies per year

1 copy increment for $0.007 after 200,000 copies per year

Full Service Contract

(Including consumable parts)

1 to 10000 copies/yr..............$395.00

1 copy increment for $0.015 up to 100,000 copies per year

1 copy increment for $0.012 up to 200,000 copies per year

1 copy increment for $0.010 after 200,000 copies per year

*Service calls will be performed during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday,

   9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding weekends and holidays) And out -of-area location,

   no close parking work site, or the area to spend  extra time and money to reach,

   will be subject to an additional charge.
